Application to Enrol (PART A)

 

Completed application forms must include copies of the following documents:

  • Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Student’s Vaccination Record
  • THREE Proof of Residence, e.g. utility bill, driver’s licence, current lease (3 months validity), bank statement etc.

 

The following Local Area intake rules apply for all applications:

  • First Priority – A child in the local intake area with a sibling enrolled for that year and living closest to the school.
  • Second Priority – A child in the local intake area without a sibling enrolled for that year and living closest to the school.
  • Third Priority – A child outside the local intake area with a sibling enrolled for that year and living closest to the school.
  • Fourth Priority – A child outside the local intake area who lives closest to the school and does not have a sibling enrolled for that year.
